Miller’s Field Chef Silvano

PB Restaurant - Chef Silvano of Miller's Field in Pacific BeachSilvano has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years in the San Diego area. Much of his training and experience has had Italian and French influences. He spent time with Prego, Tutto Mare, Il Fornaio, and Scalini. He has been working and developing new items at Miller’s Field for 3 years.
